People Should have a focused Vision, strong determination and a fire within them to be successful in their endeavours, said Mr D.S.Sathish Babu ,Managing Director, RR Enterprises & Constructions, while addressing students of the DRBCCC Hindu College at a guest lecture organised by the Business Line Club and sponsored by karur Vysya Bank.
His formula for success is 'A2B' or Aim too Big. "Always aim for something very big in life," he said, quoting examples of some eminent personalities. he justified his formulae very well.
"The sky is the limit and with your hard work, dedication and will power everything is achievable. Failure is a stepping stone to success. We should always take every failure in a positive way to reach our goal. You should have the ability to control your emotions and most importantly, have a positive attitude", he said.
Speaking about opportunities in real estate, he emphasised on the basic needs of mankind." In India, even today 23 million people do not have shelter, so just imagine the scope for real estate! It's really a challenging and enjoyable field. You should follow the three 'GMs' in life i.e. get motivated, get moulded and get moved. Due to World's Women's day celebration in Chennai so many special programs were conducted. More than 2550 Women's were participated in the Protection of Environmental growth & development, Green Revolution, Protection of Earth, in control of Global warming related to these above work the Women's had taken to do it in a great manner. The first editor of World Guinness record book namely Dr.Babu Balakrishnan, Dr.Varadharajan and the Avadi Municipality, the special function conducted and headed by Avadi Municipality Commissioner Mr. Mathivanan. Special guest of this function are Ma.Pa.Founder of Charity Mrs.Latha Pandiyarajan, Actress Ms.Arunthathi, Cinema Producer Mr.Ashok G Lotha were participated.
